The Campus Center Box Office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. weekdays, and is also open two hours prior to the start of all men's and women's ice hockey games. The phone number to the box office is (315) 312-3073. The Campus Center Box Office is located near the plaza entrance and the ice arena. Payment options include cash, personal checks made out to SUNY Oswego, or by Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

SUNYAC, ECAC Women's West, or NCAA playoff tickets will be sold separately and are not included in the season ticket package, but season ticket holders will have the first chance to purchase tickets for all postseason contests.
